At Live Well, you have the unique advantage of our Pilates instructor collaborating closely with our chiropractic doctors. This partnership ensures that you’re progressing safely and effectively. Too often, intense workouts leave us feeling defeated or even injured. We believe that not everyone should move the same way; we’re here to help you find the best movements for your body while toning, lengthening, and feeling fantastic!
We offer Pilates sessions five days a week, available by appointment only. While being a chiropractic patient enhances your experience, it’s not a requirement to join us.

Jeanne Cho
Jeanne is passionate about finding connections within your unique body’s wants and needs in Pilates. Her creative sessions focus on deep strengthening through healthy alignment based on your individualized goals. Although an Atlanta native, Jeanne recently returned after a ten year hiatus in New York City-the birth place of Pilates. She is received her comprehensive certification through Core Pilates NYC’s 600 hour program in 2015 and has taught at boutique Pilates studios and Equinox gym in NYC.
